Our visionary and talented leader (just ask him!), Jamie is the mastermind behind Humie. He’s also a successful career coach, helping countless people understand the ‘why’ behind their career choices. Jamie has developed his skills over the years through working with organisations such as LeWagon, AcademyXi and Monash Business School. Jamie’s expert guidance enables people to broaden their professional goals and strive for alignment between their work and their values.
If Jamie is the visionary, Humie’s co-founder and Managing Partner Lucy is the realist. Her background in Human-Centred Design, HR, and operational management ensures she keeps the Humie ship running smoothly. An empathy advocate, she nurtures a safe and creative environment in Humie workshops, allowing people to discover their inner voice and letting their true personalities emerge.
A vast background in health and well-being underpins Haggar’s role as User Experience Designer here at Humie, where she focuses on connecting with people to really understand their problems, then finding the right solutions for them. A career transitioner herself, she loves paying it forward and giving guidance to people beginning their own similar journeys.
A fellow transitioner and resident fountain of useless trivia, Cassidy comes from a career in education. As a Product Designer at Humie he brings his understanding of people’s diverse learning styles to help craft engaging and authentic learning opportunities, and ensures everyone’s workshop experience is both positive and purposeful.
A creative chameleon, Emma’s natural curiosity into human behaviour and software has helped her forge a career spanning graphic design, wedding photography, and the tech startup space. As a Senior Product Designer, Emma crafts experiences balanced at the intersection of beauty and usability. Luckily for Humie, Emma’s expertise in designing feasible, viable, and desirable user experiences is only matched by her passion for sharing her knowledge and mentoring aspiring designers.
